Environmental Due Diligence
REC has 10+ years of experience in performing Phase-I and Phase-II Environmental Site Assessments. From vacant properties, to gas stations, our team has encountered and prepared for any scenario.
Geologic Assessment Reports (GAR)
As per the TCEQ, any construction in the Edwards Aquifer Zone (Central Texas) requires a GAR prior to construction. REC has performed dozens of GAR reports and can help you with your permitting requirements.
Other Environmental Reports
REC has experience with a multitude of environmental reports, including Environmental Resource Inventory (ERI), Preliminary Fault Studies, Jurisdictional Wetlands determination, and more.
